Judge Allen dismissed my appeal when he did not have jurisdiction.

Speaker 2: Jurisdiction has not been proven, you need to honour your oath. Your ABN is under the UCC laws, is it not? Is the UCC not copyrighted the words of the Vatican. Persons holding communion with the See Church of Rome are forever not entitled to possess or enjoy the Crown and government of this realm, that is a federal law. Courts, your courts are an admiralty under the UCC since Peter Beattie in 1999. I’ll remind everyone here of your oath of allegiance and the Act of Settlement, which is what the oath is really to, you have no regal power or authority or jurisdiction since 1999. I have a bona fide claim of right to challenge jurisdiction, you need to honour your oath. So, um, you can honour your oath if you wish to continue in admiralty jurisdiction you’ll be guilty of perjury, basically. So, jurisdiction needs to be sorted out before anything can continue and what I’ve said here is the law, it’s a federal law.
