Melbourne Magistrates, County, and Supreme Courts

These courts are often convened as Star Chamber Courts with a single judge making decisions that should be made by a jury. Judges judge using only Victorian law, and they deny anything to do with the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901… the crime of TREASON! Judges Elizabeth Hollingworth, Michael Bourke, Sexton E, have all committed TREASON by sitting as a Judge in Court, a single judge without jurors making judgements offends 268:12 Criminal Code Act 1901 which provides a 17 year sentence if found guilty. The judges are running amok, ignoring the Constitution.
